Processing times are separate from shipping times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Baddie Experience is no longer responsible for shipping-related issues.

• Misdelivered shipments

All shipments include tracking information. If a shipping issue occurs, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees will be required before the package can be resent.

Baddie Experience is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges required by their country.
Baddie Experience does not control or determine these fees.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, returned shipments, or package disposal by customs authorities. Refunds will not be issued in these situations.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and carrier charges incurred.
