SHIPPING

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website. Once an order has been shipped, Baddie Experience is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of hair extension products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any opened, worn, altered, brushed, washed, installed, colored, or tampered-with products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
